“Just Do It” is well known to be the trademark of Nike. Yet, have you ever felt that it is easier said than done? Have you ever walked around feeling like you are surrounded by a brick wall? Have you ever wondered where it all came from and considered the impossibility of just doing whatever ‘it’ might be? The most likely explanation is that it all began with a little bit of doubt and fear. We can often be unaware when it all started and at times even unaware as to when we started to collect the bricks to build the wall. When we get caught up in the spiral of emotions that tangle us; unaware we begin to build the wall brick by brick. The heaviness grows and we start to feel weak. At first the wall may seem to be protectective. However, overtime it does more harm and our heart no longer seems to be able to communicate with our mind. Then what was once fog builds up to be a cloud that hinders our thinking and interrupts our awareness to self and surroundings.
